Luis Bermudez

My research focuses in geoinformatics, including semantic mediation, metadata profiling, earth science web services, observing systems, data discovery, data dissemination, sensor webs, scientific workflows and knowledge encoding. I am currently the Coastal Research Technical Manager of Southeastern Universities Research Association (SURA). I am currently co-leading the Ocean Science Interoperability Experiment and the OOSTethys project. I continue to be involved as steering committee member and in various working groups at the Marine Metadata Interoperability Project.
