Dec 5th - (Meeting Manil and Luis)
- current registry should be relaxed ( accept any SOS service )
- was confirmed that Deegree will be used. Need to create xslt from SOS getCapabilities to ISO 19139 so that CSW could respond with a valid XML ISO record.
