- start a folder in the web site to do so - Luis
- It was suggested to use marinemetadata instead of mmi in the URN scheme, avoiding colitions with other groups also called MMI. Update the controlled vocabulary.
- Publish in Plone the form to get data providers register the capabilities URL
- Luis send info to David about how to create forms in the Plone page
- David publish the form
- Work on the interface from Registry to Data Portal.
- Bruce will take a look at the interfaces and suggest an XML schema ( is there a standard way to do this ? ) - Gerry and Eric are part of the data portal implementation. Inviting Jeremy will be a plus.

- Luis - finish JAVA cookbook.
- Tony send code to Luis .
- Sensors in SensorMLs should be unique. For example, two data providers using the same URI to identify a sensor. Is this the same sensor? or what if two data providers give a different URI to the same sensor. How do we know that they are the same ? This is a problem that will be address later.
- Clean the web page and put it more friendly and not too technical. Sourceforge and CVS are very technical.
- Luis change some documents
- Gerry find someone to help clean up the pages.

- having the cookbooks updated with the new schemas
- registry interface with data portal working
