This page serves two purposes: The top part is for registration requests or updates, the bottom is for searches. Both are functional, but the registration uses the old Capabilities and SensorML messages, so it doesn't work with the updated ones. Searches work with the small amount of information we have in the database from Eric and Tony's example data providers.
