Report on Use of Deegree CSW with SOS Registry

OOSTethys developer Manil Maskey wrote a preliminary assessment called Report on Use of Deegree Catalog Services for the Web with the SOS Registry.(Deegree is a Java Framework offering the main building blocks for Spatial Data Infrastructures.)
