Participant Form

This OGC Participant Agreement must be signed (by OGC members) in order to be an active participant in the OCEANS IE, which is a formal OGC Interoperability Experiment. Non-OGC members may participate in most aspects of the OCEANS IE through their involvement in OOSTethys.
