- Carlos: Updated Google spreadsheet which contains the vocabularies that will be available at the MMI registry. Two easy ways to contribute:
- Send email to Carlos about URN that needs to be added
- Also request access to the worksheet and edit directly
- Eric: Not a lot. Client very hard to share, very customized.
- Manil: Added 2 more methods to the interface: add Record and get Record. Source of TeamEngine its still incomplete.
- Luis: Working on the paper for Oceans. Discussed the issues wit OGC URNs and team engine, need to submit a change for request. Will prepare the meeting for September this week.
- Dave: WaterML up on running. An example XML return is here. CUAHSI is mining this data very often.

- 500 stations getCapabilities,
- Return request for all observations for Texas

- Discussion:
- Ben - We need to be aware abut LDM/IDD where native form is available. Need to double check with Tony if he is using it.
- Vocabularies (URNs) used in the toolkits. How do we make these more flexible and not hardcoded ? Maybe create a tool to facilitate creation of the config files which helps the user to pick the right URIs. The values will come from the MMI registry
- Client advancement. We will like to look at Data Turbine visualization tools and 52 North OX framework.

- Nobody: Develop tools to facilitate creation of configuration files which links to MMI registry to get URI values.
- Carlos - Document in the OOSTethys web site how to use the
MMI registry services. - after changing the code.
- Eric - make chart last 12 hours using Google Chart ( September)
- Eric - incorporate Q2O in PERL cookbook ( September)
- Eric - document OOSTethys toolkit use of URNs and advise on how better to use MMI URNs and services.
- Jeff - will talk to John about strategy about to move forward the IOOS phenomena dictionary, after cleaning IOOS dictionary.
- Luis - finish template for Systems of Systems (MBARI) - and heterogeneous sensors. ( September)
- Luis - Propose license code and discuss. We at SURA are deciding between Apache License Version 2.0 and Eclipse Public License v 1.0. ( we will have a resolution by end of August)
- Luis - Recommend
vocabularies for data arrays used and SWE Common. ( September)
- Luis - Updating the JAVA toolkit to have a temporary storage of data for improving performance (later)
- Luis - check CSV created from IOOS XSLT to see if it aligns with SweCommon OOSTethys (later)
- Luis - Start logistics about September plug fest. ( Aug 20)
- Luis - check if wiki page exists about EPSG issue
- Luis - propose change in SVN JAVA server.
- Luis - start script for Demo.
