    • Ben - working on the description form the GTS on NOAA Port
    • Carlos - starting to work  on the interface to do a SensorML to integrate with the MMI Registry and testing the Java toolkit
    • Dave Coyle - in discussion with distribution systems (asynchronous communication). Maybe the solution is out of band definition like java JINI.
    • Dave Stube - Posted Client. Please send comments to him.
    • Luis Bermudez - working on making available the OOSTethys java source via MVN and working with Sameer to  have Data Turbine as an end point
    • Manil - almost done with integrating the team engine with the validation. Will look into the BBOX issue. End point of  CSW service is here: http://ws3dev.itsc.uah.edu/deegree-csw/
    • Tom O'Reilly - OSIE Puck group to refine the plans for the Martech demo and we know have the list of features that we want to have. Invited to the ESONET best practices workshop.  Working with Compusult to incorporate observatory to SOS (SIAM to SOS).
    • Robert Thomas - GEOSS hat and demo hat - register them inside GEOSS. Register the catalog service. Stand a separate catalog to marine related services for demonstration of interoperability. Look at Geo portal - select organization  under OGC.
    • Tony - will work next week on the report.

  • Oceans IE Report for December at Google docs. Section leaders are:
    • Section 1 - Distributed Systems ( Dave Coyle)
    • Section 2 - IEEE 1451 - PUCK - SOS ( Tom and Eric D.)
    • Section 3 - Complex Systems ( Tony and Luis)
  • Toolkits:
    • New PERL version was released by Eric
    • JAVA MAVEN refractoring - documentation about how to setup up the project will be available soon (Luis)

    • Nobody: Improve client tools - look at available tools ( Data Turbine, 52 north OX Framework)
    • Nobody: Develop tools to facilitate creation of configuration files which links to MMI registry to get URI values.
    • David C.: Explore  differences between IDD and Data Turbine.- started
    • Ben - Send information about how to participate in the working group that will be formed in OGC to advance CF-netCDF as a standard.
    • Ben talk to Carl about capabilities handling for bug number of resources ( offerings in SOS ) and its relation to catalogs.
    • Ben - document GTS in Google docs
    • Carlos - Document in the OOSTethys web site how to use the MMI registry services. - after changing the code. 
    • Carlos -  create a web form to generate minimum SensorML by using vocabularies form MMI registry. This will be used in the demo
    • Eric - make chart  last 12 hours using Google Chart ( September)
    • Eric - incorporate Q2O in PERL cookbook ( September)
    • Eric - document OOSTethys toolkit use of URNs and advise on how better to use MMI URNs and services.
    • Eric - document use of Smart Bay - how they use PERL tookit in a windows system.
    • Jeff - will talk to John about strategy about to move forward the IOOS phenomena dictionary, after cleaning IOOS dictionary.
    • Manil - add bbox in the metadata response
    • Manil - add team engine code to OOSTethys google code repository - so we have our own version
    • Luis - finish template for Systems of Systems (MBARI) - and heterogeneous sensors. ( September)
    • Luis - Propose license code and discuss. We at SURA are deciding between Apache License  Version 2.0 and Eclipse Public License v 1.0.
    • Luis  - Recommend vocabularies for data arrays used and SWE Common.
    • Luis - Updating the JAVA toolkit to have a temporary storage of data for improving performance (later)
    • Luis - check CSV created from  IOOS XSLT to see if it aligns with SweCommon OOSTethys (later)
    • Luis - check if wiki page exists about EPSG issue
    • Luis - propose change in SVN JAVA server.
    • Luis - start script for Demo.
    • Luis - send change for request about URNs issue
    • Luis - document OOSTethys toolkit use of  URNs and advise on how better to use MMI URNs and services.
    • Luis - start KML  SOS viewer
    • Luis - do data turbine - Java toolkit integration
    • Luis - update links to new CSW registration web site
    • Tom - Find out hosting a luncheon, due dates and cost either at AGU or Oceans Portland.
