• Added IEE1451 harmonization and updated instrument control
• Need to check topic about encodings.
• ACTION - ALL TOPIC LEADS: Finalize summary of each and road map for next week
  
• Follow up OOSTethys components ( Any change- registry, OPENIOOS, toolkits, etc..)
• Registry was updated and fix issue with sensorml long name and short name. DKSS sevice is now showing
• OpenIOOS now has a barebones map for testing registered services here: http://www.openioos.org/real_time_data/sos_registry.html.
