• Dave C. - next week continue working on mapping of the terms.  Will meet with Carlos at 5 PM ET next Tuesday.
  
• Tony C. - recently update OceansIE table link for the QA/QC topic. Metar still having some issues with TAMU web server. Will send more information about the UAH library. He sent an email about UCUM.
• Ben D. -  Submitted  paper to OGC for NetCDF/CF encoding format for coverages.
• Dave F. - looking at some data that could be served
  
• Jeff DLB -
• Testing XSLT DIF getObs GML  to CSV . It works using ALTOVA. Those not work with Excel. Need to check if this CSV aligns with the order using at OOSTethys. The XSLT capabilities  to KML not ready. There is another XSLT from getCaps to CSV. 
• Discuss as a best practice - adding the name of the procedure using gml:description in the getCapabilities
  
• IOOS SOS NDB server now offers a test  service for collection of stations
  
• Carlos R. - testing the JAVA cookbook, sent information about SVN (who ever those the latest change will be kept the author). Helped created the group for units mapping. Will continue helping on the JAVA toolkit.
  
• Luis B - Worked on the JAVA cookbook. Made a release and tested it on the Google Cloud. revising the parsing mechanism and implementing a more robust caching mechanism. ( See bellow for items closed). Units mapping group was created at MMI.
  
• Lei H. - not attended - contacted Eric regarding the support for profiles. He said he would work with Janet at Woods Hole on a cookbook.  It will take him about one month to finish.
• Manil M. - not attended - still getting an error of the XSLT
  
• Eric. D - not attended - hosted a meeting with IEEE 1451/MBARI - minutes and plan for the IEEE1451-SWE harmonization were added to the folder.
• Tom O. - not attended -
  
• Memorial University is procuring PUCK-enabled instruments to demonstrate interoperability between vendors.
• PUCK project kick-off telecon is scheduled for Tuesday, 5 May at 1600 GMT.

Open actions  (new items in bold):

• Lei - need to talk to Eric about hydro profiler display
• David - meet with Carlos Tuesday 5 M ET to discuss mapping of the terms.
• Luis - finish template for Systems of Systems (MBARI) - and heterogeneous sensors.
• Luis  contact INCOIS and IMOS by email and get details for concrete participation
• Luis - Discuss next meeting the License issue
• Luis - Start best practice about encoding of process name using gml:description in the getCapabilities

• Carlos -  Work with Stephanie to put the vocabularies used at OOSTethys (OGC urns...) at the MMI Registry.
  
• Carlos - Recommend vocabularies for data arrays used ad SWE Common.
