• Review of agenda - no comments
  

• Review last meeting minutes (no comments)
• Carlos Rueda: met with Dave Coyle  and discussed URIs and the tools available at MMI. Discussed with Luis the new functionality of MMI web tools and advanced them. Next week will continue updating the MMI tools and testing the JAVA cookbook.
• Dave Coyle: talked to Carlos about MMI tools. Developed getCapabilities and getObservation offerings. Looking at the 52 north bindings, which have good bindings for XML beans. Will like to look at JAVA toolkit.  Working in WaterML for CUAHSI wich will evolve to Observation and Offerings. Recomended all to look at IOOS concept of operations document.
• Manil Maskey -  XSLT  to sos getCapabilities to ISO 19115 is working now. Will work on the registration request (finish early nest week). Link to the new CSW registry here:  http://scoredev.itsc.uah.edu/csw/.
• Tony Cook - Created an SOS from METAR : Will also make available data from ship-mounted weather station. Looking at NOAA port - real time data is via IDD, and MADIS. Also dopler SOS is here. Wil work with Eric on QA/QC.
  
• Eric - Working on other projects. Next week will work on the PERL toolkit and Q2O. Also, using a java script cluster for Google Maps, will be incorporated in the OpenIOOS.
• Ben Domenico - At the IOOS DMAC meeting, we  had a discussion about  sending NETCDF/CF or NCML as an OGC standard. He also pointed an article about mapping the Common Data Model to the ISO conceptual model for coverages and information about point data available via IDD.
  
• Jesper Z. - Created unit tests and will commit his changes of the JAVA cookbook.
• Luis - Working on the JAVA toolkit and reviewing information about the license.

• ALL - check new SOS collection of stations from NDBC.
• Luis - finish template for Systems of Systems (MBARI) - and heterogeneous sensors.
• Luis  contact INCOIS and IMOS by email and get details for concrete participation
• Luis - Discuss next meeting the License issue
• Luis - Start best practice about encoding of process name using gml:description in the getCapabilities - allready update by NOAA IOOS providers
  
• Luis - review the request for 0..n procedure and processes and responses from server (e.g. errors etc..)
  
• Luis - continue updating the JAVA toolkit (NETCDF parsing and temporal storage)
• Luis - check CSV created from  IOOS XSLT to see if it aligns with SweCommon OOSTethys
• Luis and Rick - Fix Java toolkit - Carlos bug and incorporate templates

• Tom - To setup a telcon with PUCK participants - work plan for the components. Having something running by the end of May.
• Carlos - select  APIs for accessing vocabularies and incorporate them to the MMI registry.
  
• Carlos -  Work with Stephanie to put the vocabularies used at OOSTethys (OGC urns...) at the MMI Registry.
  
• Carlos - Recommend vocabularies for data arrays used ad SWE Common.
• Carlos - check Voc2RDF tools in the web. Links etc. should point to the correct updated tool
