- Review of agenda - no comments
- Review last meeting minutes - no comments

- Carlos: working on the vocabulary (URNs). Created a page
- David: Started WaterML. Waiting to get more support for OGC services. Possible attending meeting to discuss water quality for OGC web services (seems to complex).
- Eric Bridger: Focus on integrating QA/QC stuff into PERL toolkit.
- Jeff DLB: will sedn shortly XSLT KML it has a ref to GML description. If many stations then a lot placemarks will be generated. Not incoporated the Google reginator that will help cluster placemarks.
- Manil Maskey: Looking at Integrate testing. Try inline PERL / JAVA for HTML Unit. Will prioritize on finishing the CSW service/site
- Tony Cook - Working on the JAVA toolkit and metar.
- Luis - Attented CTS 2009. Chaired a session about SWE. Learned about Sensorpedia. Worked on the toolkit - solve zip poblems. Exchanged email with INCOIS about OOSTethys JAVA toolkit.
- Eric D. - ( via email) IEEE topic was updated - had a meeting yesterday - minutes here.
- Tom O'Reilly- (via email) worked with UPC team to install PUCK development kit and test PUCK-enabled instruments. Next step is to modify UPC software to utilize PUCK protocol.
Others:
- JAVA toolkit meeting will be on May 27th Wednesday 1-3 ET via SKYPE.

- Oceans 09 - Good conference to go. Special session to attend related to IOOS. Good venue to solve problems face to face ! Possibly attending: Jeff DLB, Carlos R. Luis B (Maybe)
Open actions (bold=new from this week):
- ALL - participants send email about interest on participating in the JAVA toolkit meeting (Wed 1 ET- 3 ET) to Luis - meeting via SKYPE
- ALL- explore conference funding for Oceans Meeting, if needed (MTS / IEEE ).
- ALL - send GMAIL account to Carlos so he could share the Google Spreadsheet to add the OGC URNs.
- ALL - check new SOS collection of stations from NDBC.
- Luis - finish template for Systems of Systems (MBARI) - and heterogeneous sensors.
- Luis contact IMOS by email and get details for concrete participation

- Tom - To setup a telcon with PUCK participants - work plan for the components. Having something running by the end of May.
- Carlos - select APIs for accessing vocabularies and incorporate them to the
MMI registry.

the vocabularies used at OOSTethys (OGC urns...) at the MMI Registry.
- Carlos - Recommend vocabularies for data arrays used ad SWE Common.
