Eric Bridger - At the OGC Meeting. Working on porting OpenIOOS weeb site.
Dave Coyle - Commented about the OMG data distribution services (Quality of Service, supports subscription for once every 10 sec , fault tolerance) - good for real time distribution. Two implementations: http://www.prismtech.com/ and http://www.rti.com/. Will also forward information to John and Luis about someone interest in using Semantic Web in SOA.
Tom O'Reilly - Working with partners in Europe - Spanish and Germans integrated with PUCK protocol. Manufacturers getting engaging. Working with Eric D. with the IEEE 1452 harmonization. Sensor Manufacturers will meet with OOI folks to discuss main needs.
Luis Bermudez - Attended the OGC TC Meeting. Made various presentations. Got good feedback about the best practices from OIE, which a lot of groups are using. Will concentrate on the JAVA toolkit next week.

ALL - check new SOS collection of stations from NDBC.
John -Send email to Simon, .. Talk at the OGC Meeting how to handle proposed OGC URNS ( e.g. X-).
John - Send email to Simon ..Talk at the OGC Meeting how do we know what are the OCG URNs that have been approved ?
John - send back an email to interested bio diversity folks about
Jeff - will talk to John about strategy about to move forward the IOOS phenomena dictionary, after cleaning this dictionary.
Luis -check JAVA code at SVN - changes are not in sync. Send an email to the dev group about summarizing changes every week.

Luis - finish template for Systems of Systems (MBARI) - and heterogeneous sensors.
Luis - Discuss License issue
Luis - review the request for 0..n procedure and processes and responses from server (e.g. errors etc..)
Luis - continue updating the JAVA toolkit (NETCDF parsing and temporal storage)
Luis - check CSV created from IOOS XSLT to see if it aligns with SweCommon OOSTethys
Carlos - select APIs for accessing vocabularies and incorporate them to the MMI registry.
Carlos - Work with Stephanie to put the vocabularies used at OOSTethys (OGC urns...) at the MMI Registry.
Carlos - Recommend vocabularies for data arrays used ad SWE Common.
Carlos - helping testing the JAVA toolkit
Tony - present issue of best practices for using units to the SWE WG.
Tony - post new issue to the google code, related to the use of the JAVA toolkit.
Tony - Document in a separate page the EPSG issue
Tony - finish the METAR SOS linking it from IDD.
Eric - chart 12 hours using Google Chart
Eric - send biodiversity project reference to John
Eric Q2O - PERL cookbook
Dave C - Forward information to John and Luis about someone interest in using Semantic Web in SOA.
