• Review of agenda - add: talk about venues
  

• Review last meeting minutes   - no comments
  
• Eric Bridger - Been discussing with GCOOS testing SOS capabilities. He is funded for 18 months to continue working on SOS and agencies.
• Tony Cook - not much
• Manil Maskey - Codded support for the other CSW interfaces - will document in the wiki
• Tom - new implementations of PUCK, in particular 2 different manufacturers. In process of formulating steps to be completed by the end of the year. OOI accepted PUCK as a standard protocol for the OOI instruments. An continue the process for submitting PUCK as an OGC standard. Will find out hosting a luncheon, due dates and cost either at AGU or Oceans Portland.
• Luis Bermudez - Attended OGC Meeting, presented OSIE 2. Good discussions about complex systems. Send email to the group about the venue in Barcelona and the possible participation / demo, start working on logistics plug fest.
  

• September 3 and 4 - plug fest to make improvements in Toolkits, OpenIOOS and Registry. Please set aside these 2 days.. More details about the logistic later.
  

Actions (new in bold)

• ALL - check new SOS collection of stations from NDBC.

• Carlos - select  APIs for accessing vocabularies and incorporate them to the MMI registry.
  
• Carlos -  Work with Stephanie to put the vocabularies used at OOSTethys (OGC urns...) at the MMI Registry.
  
• Carlos - Recommend vocabularies for data arrays used ad SWE Common.
• Carlos - helping testing the JAVA toolkit
• Eric - make chart  kast 12 hours using Google Chart
• Eric - incorporate Q2O in PERL cookbook
• Jeff - will talk to John about strategy about to move forward the IOOS phenomena dictionary, after cleaning this dictionary.
• John -Send email to Simon, .. Talk at the OGC Meeting how to handle proposed OGC URNS ( e.g.  X-).

• Luis -check JAVA code at SVN - changes are not in sync. Send an email to the dev group about summarizing changes every week.

• Luis - finish template for Systems of Systems (MBARI) - and heterogeneous sensors.
• Luis - Discuss License issue
• Luis - review the request for 0..n procedure and processes and responses from server (e.g. errors etc..)
  
• Luis - continue updating the JAVA toolkit (NETCDF parsing and temporal storage)
• Luis - check CSV created from  IOOS XSLT to see if it aligns with SweCommon OOSTethys
• Luis - Send Jesper's email to Manil
