SensorML Improvements/Best Practices

Improve the current SesnorML documentation suite available in the Tethys cookbook implementations.

Goals

  • Improve the current status of Tethys SensorML descriptions for platforms and sensors
  • Implement a registry of templates for DataProviders to use for common Instrument configuartions
  • Incorporate all improvements into the Tethys Cookbook implemetations
  • Add QA/QC ProcessChains, terms, etc.  See http://www.oostethys.org/ogc-oceans-interoperability-experiment/topics/qaqcsos
  • Produce a set of best practices describing the results achieved in the above goals
