DRAFT Content for Article -- OOSTethys & Oceans IE (Phase I)
Goal: Take ideas on this page and incorporate them into a publication that showcases the activities and outcomes of this project, up to and including the OGC Oceans Interoperability Experiment (Phase I). *Anyone* with ideas on content for the article is invited to contribute to the content on this page (comments welcome). A relatively small group from the project will work to turn this into an article for publication. We're thinking about publishing in EOS, with submission target in early 2009.
