JAVA toolkit v 0.1 is now available

This toolkit (API) facilitates the creation of an OGC-compliant Sensor Observation Service (SOS), based on OPeNDAP resources by creating a WAR file that can be drop into TOMCAT. Java 1.5 is required. More info...
