Welcome announcement to the OOSTethys Plone site

Welcome to the OOSTethys website. This site will provide information, as well as a documentation site, for work on the MMI/SCOOP OOSTethys project. We'll start by migrating the requirements and current work done in UML for the OOSTechs conference in November. Additional work on this 3-year, NSF funded initiative will follow.
