PERL cookbook v 0.4

Version 0.4 of an SOS CGI cookbook is now available. It includes support for many additional observed properties.

SOS Cookbook (Perl / ASCII)

Based on a simple xml config file and XML templates it should allow anyone who can create text files with their latest observation to quickly be able to serve it up as SOS files answering 3 requests:
